We know planning a ride can come with lots of questions. Here are some of the ones we hear most often — and our answers to help make your adventure simple and stress-free.
Rentals
Several styles of both electric and regular bikes, perfectly suited to the Greenbrier River Trail and surrounding mountain bike trails. Adaptive bikes are available via our connection to West Virginia Challenged Athletes chapter at Snowshoe Mountain.
We only provide full day rentals, and rental day is 9am – 4pm. Multiday rentals are available with advanced notice.
Yes! You can book online with a credit card. If inventory looks full, give us a call — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
All rentals come with a helmet and trunk rack for food water and gear.
You can cancel or reschedule any time. Advanced notice is appreciated, but we understand that weather and travel plans are tricky.
Yes! We carry bikes for nearly every size child, including Burley trailers and Tag-Along bikes for those not quite ready to pedal themselves.
Yes, all riders must sign a waiver before heading out. You can complete this in-store or digitally by clicking here.
Shuttles
You can reserve your shuttle online when booking a rental, or call us directly if you already have your own bike.
We provide service along the entire Greenbrier River Trail. Staying off trail? Call us and we’ll pick you up at your lodging.
Absolutely. Many riders bring their own bikes and just use us for shuttle service.
Absolutely! We have the capacity to shuttle up to x people.
Our large service area and varied locations suit shuttles to custom scheduling. First come first served, and we’ll mix and match groups when possible.
For a small fee we can swap the bike racks for a trailer allowing us to move larger bikes or up to 14 people. If you think your group or equipment will need to be trailered please email us and we’ll get you scheduled.
Repair & Maintenance
No need for an appointment. Feel free to walk in, and we will do our best to get you back on the road!
At least 1.5 hours but please always allow for more time as service cues could mean several other bikes are in front of yours.
Yes!
We’re here to help! We’ll always try our best to keep you rolling on your schedule.
Yes! We’ll package and ship bikes, usually at a much lower shipping rate than available to the public.
Of course! Just understand that regular service fees will apply (for most cases parts and accessories bought in store are installed for free or at least greatly reduced pricing)
